Talk about drool-inducing food. My stars! While the prices have increased with inflation over the past several years, there are few chains that produce such well-constructed, consistent, flavorful burgers as Five Guys.
The friendly team at the Joplin Five Guys is quick to greet you, are attentive to take your order, and they promptly serve it in a little brown bag full of joy! Thankful for fast, friendly service at Five Guys. I always get a smile from the cork boards with crayons and note cards guests can use to show their appreciation and creativity.
Love the fries with cajun seasoning (which is gluten-free), but the plain fries are delicious. I love them with salt & pepper and a side of mayo or ketchup. Love that Five Guys lets you personalize any burger with grilled onions, raw onion, pickles, A-1 steak sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, etc. The tasty burgers are wrapped in tin foil & while I love to eat the burger fresh in restaurant with hot fries, I once had my wife bring one home that sat in the fridge a few hours, and that burger marinated in the flavors and aged to perfection inside that foil wrapper. “All of the staff are awesome and always on their game, the servers are present and kind. The kitchen staff is always on point and never fails with good food. Even the drive thru is so efficient and friendly that I would choose this location over a McDonald’s drive thru ANY DAY! We’re always in and out whether sitting down, ordering thru the app or just driving thru, it’s PERFECT. Best damn location I’ve been to out of many. “I love Firehouse subs for so many reasons. My #1 reason is their support of the local fire departments. #2 they don't make a bad sandwich! All of the sandwiches are amazing. My 2 favorites are the pepperoni pizza meatball and the seasonal favorite Chicken Parm Meatball sub. I feel like the chicken parm sub should be a regular menu item, NOT just a seasonal one.“

“Thursday, 3/16/23, about 3 p.m. or so, my husband and I stopped to get a pretzel. The girl working was at the back side of the booth washing a tray. She never acknowledged our presence, although she made direct eye contact with me at least twice. When she was done washing that tray, she picked up another one and continued washing. We never even got so much as a "Be right with you". After about 5 minutes of standing there with repeated eye contact, it became obvious she had no interest at all in helping us, so we walked away and got some nuggets at Chick Fil A instead. 0/10 for Auntie Anne's.“

A you lady answered the phone then took my number to call me back after speaking to her manager. Problem was I needed the order same day for my friend being released from the hospital. “Food was good. Some kids were discussing their Bible camp experiences, which inspired my wife and I to read it there also. Then the kids took a random photo of us, so that wasn't fun. Food was good and my son enjoyed the playground. It was excellent.“
