My delivery said it was out for 20 minutes before I called. When I called the employee called the driver and asked where she was. She said she was dropping it off on the porch and heading back. No food. So I wait another 20 minutes and call to get a refund and when I tell them I won’t be back to eat due to this being the norm, she said ok thank you.

The stores slogan use to be freaky fast unfortunately no one that works the drive through here understands that, the last few times i’ve been in the drive-through here it’s taken over 20 minutes and ive been the only car in line, when i leave and look in the windows it appears to be a pretty empty store. I like the food and thats why i come back but seriously Starting to reconsider this location due to ticket time at the drive-through.

The exact opposite of freaky fast. Like freaky slow. Food is good, but don't expect to pick up your mobile order for at least an hour after you submit your order.

Almost every time I have went here the people always forget about half of my order, getting really tired of it and I don't want to have to come back after trying to get my wife food before her break ends every day. Very disappointed that this has happened almost EVERY TIME. Do better, please.
