We were greeted and given free drinks as well as a private room to talk to customer service with the help of Shay along the way. To further expand on the kindness, Shay followed up with us later, giving us her congratulations for the new job and move. I cannot recommend Capitol One enough!

nice location to have a coffee and get some work done while you are in the area. I often stay nearby at the Hilton and this is a nice retreat away from the hotel to work on your laptop and have a coffee. The lounge gives you 50% off if you are a Capital One card holder. There are several seating options and office areas with closing doors that you can setup shop for a little while and take care of whatever you business you need to. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and willing to help you with any of your needs. This is one of the few places that has a public toilet so there will be a lot of foot traffic, for better or worse. Definitely recommend a visit, especially if you are a cardholder for the discount.

This was my first time at a Capital One Cafe. The worker was very knowledgeable of the menu. The Signature Breakfast sandwich was really good, definitely recommend. The environment was very clean and many seats were available. Overall, this place is great!

Michael, in particular, stood out – his warm welcome, constant interaction, and genuine interest in my career as an aspiring actor make each visit memorable. His amazing smile and the genuine inquiries from the manager and other staff members keep me coming back. It’s a place where personal connections matter, adding a unique touch to the overall banking experience.

Finally got a chance to visit a Capital One Café! We stopped here one weekday evening to get a coffee and check out the café. The Café itself is not quite what we expected but not in a bad way! It is a very business-like type of café with numerous rooms, sitting areas, and other resources that make this for a great business-friendly type of café. The two staff members working were very friendly and inviting. We tried two different coffees, a piece of orange loaf bread, and our complimentary cookies for buying coffee. The coffee was delicious (not piping hot which was nice but was different). The bread was still fresh even with it being later at night. The free cookies were delicious too! We walked around the café and ended up sitting on some comfy couches to enjoy our snacks. There was even a puzzle that any one inside the café could work on. Overall, this is a great little café that does not feel like a Starbucks or a local coffee shop but does well at serving its purpose. And having a Capital One card makes it even better with the drink discount!
