Excellent customer service. Great vibes. Chill. Beautiful space, allows me to get in my zone to work. Shay helped us and she was super kind and accommodating! Honestly, this makes me feel like a valued customer!
Went in with my fiancé for help opening an account and was given amazing service from Shay and the rest one the Capitol One staff. We were greeted and given free drinks as well as a private room to talk to customer service with the help of Shay along the way. To further expand on the kindness, Shay followed up with us later, giving us her congratulations for the new job and move. I cannot recommend Capitol One enough!
