0 stars for all. CLOSED for a “family emergency” but didn’t shut down online ordering, so i got charged $20 for two drinks, only to go pick them up and find out they’re closed, with nobody in the store and no number to call. This is appalling.

Came in with my mother and the service was outstanding! We didn’t know what to get and they helped with our indecisiveness, and we couldn’t be happier with our drinks. For reference I got a dairy brown sugar crème brûlée with boba 35% sweet and my mother got the passion fruit watermelon refresher with no added sweetener.

Atmosphere was AMAZING! So chill and comfortable!! Loved the decoration!! The taste? AMAZING!! Not only wells one but a wide range of flavors you definitely won’t find elsewhere. And such a wide range of different desserts to try!!! The service was literally the best!! Shout out to connie! She was the manager/owner and an absolute delight to talk to! So nice! Also very quick. You gotta try it!!

My partner and I love Gocha 2. It’s the best boba place in KC and at the best price. Great variety, lots of options, and real tea flavors. The tapioca pearls are always good too. Side note: they are open now after remodeling. Go visit!

I went in to get their cheesecake bread thats packaged, and they didnt have any, BUT…they had CARAMEL FLAN. I was hesitant.THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! 10/10!!!The 2 girls that checked me out were so nice!!! They even offered to put some brown sugar on too and torched it for me! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! PLEASE KEEP SELLING THEM!!!

Love this place, my go to for bubble tea. Convenient location in Westport. Make sure you specify the toppings as boba is not automatically included.

The matcha latte and the yakult drink were good. However, I would say the matcha is different than the ones on the coasts. I think that it is very good in KC though. The ambiance was good, except for the occasional blender sounds. The service was fast.
