As vegetarians, we were in awe of the dishes we ordered. So much flavor and incredibility good! We got the stir fry TOFU bowl which came with rice. The tofu was excellently prepared and tasty, which is a huge plus for me since I eat a lot of tofu dishes from restaurants where the tofu is just ... bland or not really prepped well. My husband and I held our wedding reception at Chingu, and they did SUCH an incredible job with the private event / restaurant buyout. The team went above and beyond to ensure our vision was brought to life, from the menu to the decor to the dance floor. It's the best restaurant in town for a date night, and I am so happy they are extending that experience to private events too. It was AMAZING. It was my first time and i loved how Kevin took a few minutes to explain everything to us and show us how to properly mix the dishes and use chopsticks and everything . Peter was FANTASTIC he told us he was the cook in the back but came up to help out and 10/10 service. I will definitely be back in a forever customer now. Best experience of my life and it was just so much fun.
