This place has a sleek, industrial look to it--not something I'd expect from a German-themed joint. We dropped in for a couple of beers, some wurst (they're okay), and to watch some football on their televisions. Unfortunately, they had turned off the television audio and were playing bland/typical pop music. The entire experience felt very sterile, characterless. Edit-I appreciate the time taken to respond to my review. I went back in and had a much better experience. Thank you.I was in from out of town and looking for a dog friendly brewery to bring my dog. I double checked online to make sure that this was a dog friendly place. Upon arrival, dog owners are greeted with a big red sign with all of the rules for having a dog on the "patio." I would personally not consider this place dog friendly, nor would I consider it people friendly....read full review

Awesome, German style beer in a cute beer-hall style brewery location. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. When it's cold and you sit outside, they'll give you a percentage off your bill depending on how cold it is! They've started branching off into not strictly German style beers in recent years, including some barrel aged beers. All good! Their giant pretzel is GIANT and awesome.
