Ran by a bunch of kids. Every table was disgusting trash all over the floor, trash bins open food scattered and not a soul bother to lift a finger other chat in the back. Slow to get food when we were the only ones in the lobby...sad almost like recess in the back it sounds.

I came in with a cranky 5-year-old and left with an exhausted 5-year-old who had a milkshake and played in The Playground area. he was very happy afterwards, so was I.
It's a McDonald's like all the others. That's the dependable thing about McDonald's, they're the same everywhere in CONUS. This one might be a little more on the ball.

Today is the fourth time in the last five trips that the employees at this restaurant cant seem to read the receipt and make sure all ordered items are in the bag before bringing the bag out to me. I usually drive out of my way to go to the other Mc D’s so i dont have to go back inside to get all the items i paid for. How do you forget Hotcakes in a big breakfast WITH Hotcakes?????? This is the WORST run restaurant in Kansas City!!!!!
