As a wedding planner, Minsky's made my clients and their guests SO happy to arrive at the end of the night! I never leave reviews, but I just had some incredibly good pizza, so I felt it was only right to share that here. We got the Z-Man pizza from the Lawrence location, and it is delicious! We’re already huge barbecue fans, especially Joe’s KC, but we don’t get to have it often because of the distance so we were very excited to try this pizza, and it did not disappoint!
