I'm 75yrs old. I took my 3 granddaughter's there. While I was placing my order 1granddaughter ask to go to the restroom. The employee said "there is no public restrooms". I ask not even for sit-down guest and she said no. I will never go here again or order for delivery again. I will disparage this business every chance I get . We walked out without ordering.

Soda machine was down. Mens restroom was down! No ice had to bring in our own drinks. No waitress no one brought me a menu had to download it to my phone. Atmosphere was sad. You had to order takeout to eat in the restaurant. The dine in prices were ridiculous the online prices were cheaper. Pizza Hut stop advertising this as a dine in restaurant just make it a pick up and drive thru restaurant truly sad!

Absolutely awful customer service. If you are going to nickel and dime with people and make them pay 75 cents for a ranch then please at least make sure to include the ranch. I asked the woman specifically if the ranch was in the sack she said “it’s with the pizza” no it wasn’t and all could’ve been avoided by just simply double checking. The woman was in a rush to go outside and smoke a cigarette she beat me out of the store for gods sake. Wings had no sauce on them. Won’t be back.
I ordered the $17.99 deal for two pastas and up graded for cheese sticks and an order of cinnamon sticks to feed me and my family. I selected delivery and tipped the driver. When it arrived I noticed my cheese sticks were not in the bag, the lady said ‘ I work for door dash, that’s what they gave me ‘ and so I called up to the store, they put me on hold, and I stayed on hold for 10 minutes, long enough to drive up to the store and was still on hold by the time I got up to the counter. She said ‘ im sorry we are really busy’ and I understand online orders, but I was the only customer In the store. I still matter even though I am on a phone, just as much as I am in the store. What is the point of ordering delivery if I have to come up to the store anyway ? Mind you, I still have not eaten anything, the guy refunds me $10 out of my $37.00 order, which did not even cover the cost of the delivery and tip charge. When I got home the kids and husband hated the pasta, I had plated it up for everybody while I was on hold, and said a lot of the noodles were burnt, and the cheese had melted into one disgusting blob. Maybe try mixing the cheese before you bake it so I’m not left with a half inch cheese blob to waste. I’ve had previous problems with this store. I was on the fence on ordering from Pizza Hut anyway because of my problems at this location in the past. Should have stuck to my gut.

During the Afc Championship, this Pizza Hut location was understaffed, unorganized, and poorly mismanaged. It was 3 employees that was working on this particular day. There was grubhub, door dashed, and regular customers lined up all together. They would not even answer the pick up window. They was serving some customers Lukewarm to warm pizzas and other sides. I was one to where the pizza was warm enough. My sides were just okay. It was not a good taste. Normally, this location would have pretty good with customer service and getting customers out fast. However, it was not the case and piss poor customer service overtime will slow and shutdown business. I will not be back to this location.
Everything was fine until we pulled up to the window and they took our card. They handed us a receipt to sign which we have never done here. The receipt was asking us for a tip! We ordered carry-out so we wouldn't have to tip. Why are we tipping you to do your job?We put $0 and the window clerk became very rude. I'm sorry, I'm not tipping an hourly employee for us doing all the work. We had the drive in mind to save money and not have to tip. Tip creep is becoming more and more of an issue.

Continuously understaffed due to poor management and a couple employees that have been there for a while one female in particular with long braids walks around extremely slow has no motivation to help customers. Definitely in need of new management or just shut the store down. However my pizza was actually good even though it sat in the warmer for an excessive amount of time due to waiting on them to get me rung up because they don't mind the counter very well. Multiple customers in there waiting on orders that were already ready and they just let us stand there. They keep the place extremely disorganized with DoorDash drivers mixed in with the general line. It's just a complete disaster at this location and it's been that way for quite some time

Don't order from pizza hut on 40hwyI ordered a two liter Pepsi, I got a 20oz still got charged 3.99 ask for a brownie they sent me a cookie. I stopped ordering 5 years ago cause they can't seem to get orders correct. Back to Domino's and Papa John's I go.
