Everything was fine until we pulled up to the window and they took our card. They handed us a receipt to sign which we have never done here. The receipt was asking us for a tip! We ordered carry-out so we wouldn't have to tip. Why are we tipping you to do your job?We put $0 and the window clerk became very rude. Look at the size of this . Family size Pasta dinner in quote.But they have shrunk it to half its size. This is ridiculous waterways. They have lost a customer. I will never go through them again.

Soda machine was down. Mens restroom was down! No ice had to bring in our own drinks. No waitress no one brought me a menu had to download it to my phone. Atmosphere was sad. You had to order takeout to eat in the restaurant. The dine in prices were ridiculous the online prices were cheaper. Pizza Hut stop advertising this as a dine in restaurant just make it a pick up and drive thru restaurant truly sad!
