Waited over 10 minutes to pick up my order that was ready in the warmer. I was the only one in the store. The employee kept telling me to wait while he did other things. There were 2 employees in store. My order died in the warmer. Pizza quality has not been good for the last 2 months at this location.
Ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout on Internet.. At bottom of page at checkout is the request for Tips... now i am not asking for delivery, not dining in, or asking for special service, so why is Pizza Hut asking for tips for their employees, to just do the job they are hired to do and is typical ordinary work? Called when I was 12 miles away so that I could just pick it up and get going. I was on hold until I arrived at the building. The pizza is good quality though so I'll be back. I'll save it for a day I'm not in a rush though
