Horrible! And...again tonight get here at 7:40. Want to order and 2 nights in a row...they say they are closed! I ask for their hours...employee states 8pm is close but...everything is cleaned and we are not making anymore Smoothies tonight!!! Employee was RUDE! Hope they aren't getting paid to be there working till 8 pm. Because they are losing the owner money.. There were 2 cars behind me..too. Unreal

To the management,You hired three lazy employees who don't wanna take orders while store is empty, which need to be improved, they doing nothing ignoring customers. We literally calling them to take our order and seen their bad attitude left buying nothing.Time 7.15 pm 22 July 2023 Saturday.

The drive through is claustrophobic because you can’t get out and wait times are longer if you go inside. The kids working it are doing their best and are nice. Order is always correct.

If you are going thru the drive thru, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes in line, incase you're in a hurry. Smoothies and bowls are good, the timing though is inconvenient if you're looking to grab something quick.

If I could give less than one star I would, I stood in line waiting to order for 15 minutes, no one in front of me. I tried to order a bowl, but was told they stopped selling bowls at 8, when the person right in front of me ordered one after 8 and nothing was said. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to take any orders.

I love smoothie king. I truly do. I come to this location often and I always get a banana boat. But this location is severely understaffed and mismanaged. I waited at least 30 minutes today for my smoothie. Other cars were just leaving the drive thru line without their order because of the wait. I paid for a 32oz chocolate banana boat. I was presented with a 20oz one (again after at least 30 minutes of waiting) I told the girl that this was wrong and I paid for a 32oz. After waiting even more, she gave me the 32oz. I paid for extra frozen yogurt but it was a super thin, soupy consistency so I am sure she didn’t add extra frozen yogurt. I can’t even blame the workers.. this is on the managers. Who thinks to leave three 15 year old kids to run the store by themselves on a busy Saturday? Whoever does that should not be the manager of anything. Their register broke in the middle of my transaction and one of their blender lids broke in the middle of making a smoothie and made a mess. None of the workers knew what was going on, what was paid for, who was still waiting etc and were literally running in circles the entire time. The two gentleman behind me got their drinks before me and they accidentally made the lady in front of me her drink twice. Just a mess. This location needs better management.

Really bad. Took 30 minutes just to go through. Waste of time. It took 7 minutes to go through with 15 cars at andys then 3 cars for 30 minutes here. will not be here again

The worst employee's ever. If you interrupt their smoke break out back of the store they will do all they can to butcher your order then not understand why you want your $15 smoothie to be right. This location needs to be avoided so they can quietly go out of business.

Terrible customer service and absolutely no help in fixing a problem. They were only interested in proving that I was wrong and that I got what I ordered. All they had to do was add a few strawberries and I would have been happy. But no. They wanted to charge me again. I won't be back to this location ever again. It's the 9269 NE 83rd Terrace location.

Smoothie was great, no issues there, however the two boys working couldn’t have seemed any more miserable than they were. You could tell they didn’t want to be there working on a Saturday morning! ??
