If you are going thru the drive thru, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes in line, incase you're in a hurry. Smoothies and bowls are good, the timing though is inconvenient if you're looking to grab something quick.
I love smoothie king. I truly do. I come to this location often and I always get a banana boat. But this location is severely understaffed and mismanaged. I waited at least 30 minutes today for my smoothie. Other cars were just leaving the drive thru line without their order because of the wait. I paid for a 32oz chocolate banana boat. I was presented with a 20oz one (again after at least 30 minutes of waiting) I told the girl that this was wrong and I paid for a 32oz. After waiting...read full review

The drive through is claustrophobic because you can’t get out and wait times are longer if you go inside. The kids working it are doing their best and are nice. Order is always correct.
