Do not order delivery from this location. They use Door Dash, and they do not have responsible delivery drivers.I spent $50 on my order, ordering dinner for my 3 young children at 9pm, & when it finally arrived, the driver just left it on my wet front porch, even tho I specifically said not to leave on the porch, hand it to me, & I had good reason, I wanted to make sure it was all there, and sure enough, they brought me the wrong order. It didn’t have any of the drinks I had ordered, & it only had like 3 items in the bag, couldn’t of cost more than 10 bucks; when I spent $50 on my food and didn’t receive it! I was unable to contact the store itself, the phone just beeped, so I contacted door dash and was told that I have to call Taco Bell for my refund, yet, I have yet to be able to reach anyone, so now I am sitting here listening to my 2 year old cry because her tummy is hungry, & I have no other options. Our electricity is out in our neighborhood, so I can’t cook or anything. The customer service of this place is so poor, and none of the people I spoke with from door dash had any compassion or care at all, very rude, and trying to rush me off the phone. I will be contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning.

Ordered food for delivery, and it got canceled. No big deal, called to see why. Called twice. Each time the phone was picked up and then hung up.

Line always insanely long and slow. I think they are understaffed. I switched to go to the one off of Main Street because they're more reliable.

Spoke with Jeffrey after my mobile was wrong. He said come back and he would remake entire order. Drive back to store and was told they ran out of chicken because they did not prepare well for the day. Husband came home said we had to contact Customer service through app to get refund. I couldn't find a CSR number so I called the store. Yes I was rude and yelling but that's because I didn't want to hear the excuses Rashanda the MIC was throwing at me. I just wanted the number for customer service. Then she hangs up on me, TWICE. Then bad mouths me when she finally picks up phone to coworker yelling in the background. Stating she has already spoke to her payroll manager about me. Well payroll ain't got nothing to do with refunds girlfriend. I will.be disputing charges on my card come morning.

Just got food at this taco bell at 10:32 pm 28 minutes from close and I understand it can be frustrating coming kind of late but I received a quarter of a taco and a soft crunch wrap supreme. I live only 5 minutes from this location and have never indulged in eating at this one and have no interest on ever returning back to this sad mistake of a taco bell. First thing I even saw as I pulled up to the window was a worker on their phone with 0 acknowledgment of my presence when I was the only person in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. Only reason I didn't call is because you're about to close.
