Order #23 3/18/2024. This is simple gang. Put the food in the bag, the customer orders. I ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito and got a burrito that had only one item inside. Beans. No beef. Nothing else. Beans. I trashed that. Then the breakfast burrito. Whoever made this put on dry sausage patty on top of some eggs and then put it in the press. That was it. What was advertised on the menu, and what was served, was two drastically different things. I trashed that burrito as well. Close down, if you can't execute your basic processes.

I eat Taco Bell often as it has all good choices on the menu for an affordable price. Today they let me down tho. They forgot to give me a straw (I got my food to go using the drive thru). That annoyed me but when I got to my burrito is when I decided to leave a review. The burrito was so dry and bland and just not good that I had to wash down each bite basically like I was taking a pill. Driving with the lid off my soda while I choke down a disgusting burrito made me decide to share my experience at the Bannister rd Taco Bell. I will admit this is the first time out of possibly hundreds of times that I've been thru there that I was not pleased with my food and service. Hopefully it's the last.

first time in a year that i've been to a taco bell and actually been served food that wasn't cold in the middle, it was so hot that i actually had to let it cool off. i went through the drive through too im actually shocked... it took me like 35 minutes to actually convince myself to go i have been to maybe 3 in the past year because of those past experiences. this is the one!

Seems a little hit or miss on service. Orders have been accurate though.Some days it's quite fast, others you might be there for 20 minutes in the drive through. Everyone does seem to be quite friendly though. Might just be a staffing issue.

New location, thought I'd try it over lunch a couple weeks ago. Was surprised to be the only one in drive-thru at 11:45 am and the ordering process went great.The wait at the window was about five minutes. Then I took off without checking the bag, but was able to at the light. Half the order was missing.Went back, went inside, and they got the other half pretty fast and apologized for the error, stating that it's a new system.I had asked (and paid) for Taco Supremes and got regular tacos, which I didn't notice 'til I got back to work.Kinda sucked but, it's Taco Bell. Win some lose some and all that.
