Seems a little hit or miss on service. Orders have been accurate though.Some days it's quite fast, others you might be there for 20 minutes in the drive through. Everyone does seem to be quite friendly though. Might just be a staffing issue.
New location, thought I'd try it over lunch a couple weeks ago. Was surprised to be the only one in drive-thru at 11:45 am and the ordering process went great.The wait at the window was about five minutes. Then I took off without checking the bag, but was able to at the light. I eat Taco Bell often as it has all good choices on the menu for an affordable price. Today they let me down tho. They forgot to give me a straw (I got my food to go using the drive thru).
