You are welcome in advance. You ever eat food so good you want to cuss?I thought the pictures of the breakfast sandwiches looked satisfying and I went to see if lived up to the hype..Oh my gawd! No salt-n- pepper shaking, I didn't use the hot sauce in my bag, I just smashed it and had leftovers for lunch.
Trying to find a middle spot for a meet up, a friend found this fine place. It is in the Adam’s Mark Hotel which is a bit strange but the food and the hospitality are anything but. The staff is accommodating with varying the menu items and there are vegetarian options. The biscuits are excellent. Everyone in our party of 5 loved their meal.

Took a chance and drove 40 minutes to try this place. So glad we did! As a person with a weird pork allergy it was unbelievable to find a breakfast-style restaurant where I didn’t have to worry about any cross-contamination. Employees were pleasant. The food was fantastic. Huge portions, amazing flavors, and quality ingredients. This place needs to be in the Crossroads.
