My company rented out The Fall as a private event for our work holiday party this past January and had a fantastic experience! On Friday nights they close to the public which allowed us to have the entire space all to ourselves from 7pm-11pm. D'Ann, the event coordinator I worked with, was extremely responsive, supportive, and patient with our booking. The ambiance of the space is truly unique and beautiful, the music was great and the price point fit perfectly with our budget. Not to mention the tasty food and top notch bartending service! Everyone said this was our best holiday party yet and we look forward to booking again next year and for years to come!

Had to pay $10 a person to even get into the bar. Waited in line 20 minutes past open to get down to The Fall. The bar is deserted and still got kicked out of the comfortable seating. To top it off, once we get some service and try to order their specialty Alice in Wonderland drinks it turns out they’re “not doing any of those tonight”. Wasted an hour, $20, and ended up sober on a Saturday night in the process. Somewhat unique but overpriced place to drink a Bud Light.

It was my first time going. We went as a group and first, they were about 30 minutes late to opening. Then, they weren’t doing the cocktail menu.Which was a disappointment because that’s what we came for. We then proceeded to sit down in the, unbeknownst to us, “VIP” section. Nobody said anything to us until about 10-15 minutes into being there. Mind you the “bouncer” lady saw us come and sit down and get comfortable.Of course the website doesn’t say you can reserve a section. It specifically says first come first serve. Then it also doesn’t say you have to spend 250 in drinks to even get a VIP section. So I definitely wouldn’t go if you don’t plan on spending 250+ to enjoy the VIP sections.I can say those sections and the cocktail menu were what we came for. Because, for obvious reasons, the “VIP” sections were easier for my group to converse among each other. We couldn’t do that at the little tables and booths. Drinks were mediocre as well. My partner had a Long Island and it was all tonic water with a lemon wedge. Hopefully the owner makes some changes, but we wont be back.

We waited for a waitress, ordered drinks, never saw another person who worked there until I stopped a girl and told her we got 2 beers 1& 1/2 hours ago and no one came back to take our order and was told " I'm the only waitress, she's training, I'll get your bill." Saturday huge game on, basketball, the whole place was packed, too loud to hear the person on the bar stool next to me. So we never even got to try the food. I wouldn't go here unless you want to be thirsty and have a headache. Or you want to watch the game cause it's wall to wall big screens

My husband and I hosted a private event at The Fall in December of 2023. We wanted to throw a welcome party for our guests the night before our wedding as a way to ensure we could see/talk to everyone before we were in the midst of wedding-day craziness. D'Ann helped us coordinate a menu and open bar, including vegan options that were not originally on the menu, and yet she went out of her way to make it happen. The food was amazing! The staff and bartenders that night could not have been more fun, attentive, and helpful. They played a huge part in making our party a huge success and I'm so glad we had our event there.

It was a great location to have my fiancé’s birthday party! Everyone was wonderful to work with and were so friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a venue for an event!

My fraternity just had an event at the Fall and I can confidently say it was one of our best events to date. This is because of the staff at Alehouse and The Fall. The Fall is the perfect space for pictures and we couldn't have asked for anything better but the difference between another event was the staff. They were extremely kind and friendly and pulled me aside many times to make sure everything was going perfectly. The managers on duty kept asking me if we wanted to change music or whether we wanted food to keep coming out. The bartenders and servers were also some of the nicest people I have ever met and catered to our every need. Even the Event Planner was constantly checking in and making sure we were all set for the event and worked with me to figure out every aspect of the event. We could not be more grateful for our experience at The Fall. If you are not sold on the event space I can tell you the staff will make sure that this will be an event of a lifetime.

The fall was cool but the DJ tonight was kind of a tool, decent music but bad vibes from him

Had the Mad Hatter area in VIP reserved for a birthday party. The bottle service was great and the wait staff were very nice and helpful. I can not stress enough that the service was exceptional.HOWEVER, the attached bar, Ale house is terrible and security appears to be shared, so I'm leaving this review here as well. One of the members of our party went outside to get some air, and was refused re-entry by security. He was probably hammered so that's not terrible I guess. But he was upset at being refused re-entry for no reason.Later that same night, security came into the VIP are and attempted to shake one of the party members that had too much to drink and was resting her head. This unnecessary physical interaction was followed by the remainder of the party being forcibly removed from the location by security. All of this could have been avoided if security had any people skills, or would have simply communicated effectively. Unfortunately it's clear that they do not care for their customers or their customers safety. After spending $700 I would have expected to be treated with some respect. For these reasons I will not be returning, and I would recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.Very disappointed with this experience

I usually enjoy this place and get a couple tables so ima give y’all 5 stars…(drinks was good, service good, ambiance great) HOWEVER!!!!!! The DJ y’all had for NYE was so trash it’s unbelievable. Like…. Dude lost his whole crowd at 12:15. His song he played at 12:01 was UNWRITTEN by Natasha B. I’m not making this up. Gimme a bible and I’ll stand in front of a jury of my peers. Dude was playin music like we was at High School Prom in the 2010s. There wasn’t a single new club banger. No new hip hop, no EDM…. but he did play NeYo and Like a G6…so….. I mean at one point in time someone complained to him and he said “YOU DONT HAVE TO BE HERE BRO! THROW HIM OUT!” but at least the dude complaining got him to change the song from Low (flo rida) to Hips Don’t Lie. I don’t remember the DJ name or else I’d tag him… but the music selection was hot garbage juice in July in the middle of Phoenix Arizona.. honestly I think the music selection gave my homie Covid.Anyways, y’all’s place is cool.. service and drinks and ambiance are always good but that DJ was bad.. bad bad bad. I literally created this account just to write a review about it. Y’all get 5 stars…. He gets like 1? Idk.

Very very cool place! Great Bartenders! The only thing is it got jam packed with so many people you couldn't move. It got to a point we (group of 6) had to get out of there because the crowd was pushing people around like the beginning of a mosh pit.Not sure what the capacity was but it might have been a tad over that
