So I stayed here for two nights and the only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and balcony that was listen in the amenities. Well to our surprise the balcony's were unable to be used in ANY room and the pool was FILTHTY, the hot tub water was grey, very nasty and had chunks floating in it. The workout room was nice as long as there wasn't a million kids in there messing around. The Elevators took a minimum 2-4 minutes to open and the parking garages were filthy as well....read full review
Checked in to the hotel at 6:00 p.m. The young lady at the front desk Abby was very unprofessional. At no time she welcome me as silver member to the hotel. Abby didn't make eye contact or informed me of the location of the elevators or any other welcomes that we come expect from the Hilton brand. Abby just tossed me the rooms keys with the parking pass. Went to the room at about 8:00 p.m. I called the front desk to set a wake up call for 3:30 a.m., as my flight from MCI was scheduled...read full review

Elevator floors are week and rotten. Carpet in the Elevator has probably never been shampooed. Ice machines only work on floor 3,5,and 8. Tub and shower needs caulking. Breakfast was a hot mess and gross. Sketchy area. I checked out the service Elevator and it's definitely not safe for employees. Hilton what's this?
