“It is a relaxed environment. Always fast courteous and friendly service. The only thing that I did not like the last time that I was there was the fact that I could not find a way on the get up and go paying system to change the amount that I had entered for the tip. It is possible that I missed it. I did look repeatedly and did not see a way to go back and change the amount of tip that I entered without totally backing out of the program and going back in. I just figured a dollar was not worth the stress. All I wanted to do was add $1.00 to the tip amount. Oh well.”

“Dewey’s has great pizza with a family atmosphere. They have the most awesome manager and servers ANYWHERE. And the pizza is handmade and the best ever. They make it by hand and let the kids watch. Don’t miss this understated epicurean delight!”

“Absolutely delicious pizza. Tried it for the first time yesterday and it was the best tasting pizza 🤤 Great prices too!! If you are looking for wood fired pizza this is it!! Don’t waste your money at Peel Wood Fire Pizza in Clayton unless you like overpriced soggy pizza, made that mistake once, never going there again now I know how good this place is. This will easily be one of my food staples and I will probably be here weekly. Already craving it again!”

“The best Thai food I have had in STL. Reasonable prices for the generous portion sizes. The owner and staff are so friendly and nice, the food is prepared fresh and with quality ingredients, and the restaurant is always very clean. I call the restaurant directly to place my order for takeout and pay with cash instead of ordering online and paying with a card - it saves small businesses money and the owner has thanked me for doing this before. Highly recommend the crab rangoon appetizer, too - it’s better than any Chinese restaurant in the county.”

““Voted the best gyro in STL“ and we had to stop by. Not going to be saying it’s the best in STL, but may stand a chance to be in our top 5. The service is friendly, generous, and lets you pick a tiny packet of chips to go with your order.

The sauce is a giant tub and despite that the person at the counter said it maybe small but will suffice. I loaded it up on my sandwich and still had a half left. The sauce is massive people. It isn’t tzatziki made of yogurt and cucumbers but has mayo mixed in it. It wasn’t savory, but almost very sweet tasting. Still can’t pinpoint what was in it, but it was different and tasty.

The gyro meat was premade hopefully on a spit. They only had to reheat it on a griddle. It was tender, juicy, but lacked the flavor of a gyro. The seasoning was tasty, but given that it was being reheated may have been the reason for its missing flavor. It’s huge and will easily fill you up. My partner and I split it and didn’t even reach for the packet of chips. Yes, we did have our home made salad on the side. Give this place a shot, it’s better than the other Americanized versions of Middle East cuisine.”

“Valley Park MO location was very accommodating to a party of almost 30 outside. We were in the covered patio area, perfect for a small youth sports group. Waitresses were organized, food was fast and delicious. Highly recommend.”

“we were all from out of town, looking for a good bite. and although its a tad pricey, man, did this deliver! the coffee was delicious, the biscuits were huge.. and delicious. the burritos were hearty and filling.. and idk what seasoning stuff they put on the hashbrowns, but wonderful. I felt like a stuffed big leaving that place, but it was every bit of worth it. if I lived in the area, it would definitely be one of my new go-tos for breakfast. my last thing, im not sure who the man is who was running the counter today, but he was cheesy and joyful, right up my alley! he made a "funny" from my husbands name and I ate it up lol I absolutely love stuff like that so it made my experience all the better.”

“I've been to several Kaldi's locations around the area, and this is one of my favorites. Right in downtown Kirkwood near the shops and train. Each Kaldi's has its own unique food, and the avocado toast and breakfast burrito here were both excellent.”

“I grew up in St. Louis and hadn’t been back to visit in over 15 years. Tropical Moose was the first stop on my list to visit again. I have so many fond memories of eating a snow cone on a hot summer day, walking around the Kirkwood Farmer’s market. They were closed for the season when we visited last week (mid-September), but the incredibly kind owners went out of their way to briefly open for us after I messaged them on Instagram inquiring about hours. The snow cones were just as amazing as I remembered and the flavor options are unbeatable. Getting to go back here was one of the highlights of my trip. Don’t pass it up!”

“Best Subway in the country. Service is fast and friendly. Free cookies most of the time. Most important, this is the only Subway that still offers spicy/brown mustard. Subway has officially taken it off the menu but this store still carries it because the owners like it.”

“I grew up going to Duffy's, so it has always been a favorite in my family. Last month, we had my dad's celebration of life there in the banquet room with the most delicious buffet. I highly recommend having their banquet room for any celebration. Our server, Josh, was so awesome, knowledgeable, and quick to attend to our party of 50 or so. We even went back the next day for the St. Patrick's Day celebration where I've spent many St. Patrick's Days at. Everything is fresh and delicious. the staff is so friendly and give great service! ❤️”

“When you're craving White Castle, nothing else will do! I actually drove from Texas to Illinois, and one of the first stops I had to make was White Castle. I've eaten there before, and I've been craving those iconic little sliders ever since.

There's just something about those steamed buns, grilled onions, and classic flavor that keeps calling me back. The sliders were every bit as good as I remembered, the fries hit the spot, and the service was quick and friendly.

Some people travel for steak or fine dining—I traveled for White Castle sliders, and I have zero regrets. The craving is officially satisfied... at least until the next road trip! 🍔😄”

“We were in St Peter’s Mo. and were going to go to Olive Garden for my Wife’s birthday, when I told our clerk at the hotel she said she would recommend the Pasta House over the Olive Garden. We went and had supper. Everything we had was great better than the other place. We took desert back to the room and it was great. I would recommend to anybody.”

“Freddy's is our go-to now that Steak and Shake has imploded. I am a veteran so I was really impressed with their veterans day free meal card. I was able to take advantage of the veterans day options and come back to Freddy's later. Burgers are outstanding and I really love the shoestring fries. I didn't have the custard but there was a group of kids that did and they seemed to enjoy it.”
