Not only were they out of several items tonight and moving at a snails pace... I was disappointed to find both my and my wife's burrito bowls were completely cold, rice was hard and old and cherry on top was feeling a chicken bone splinter in my mouth while chewing. Then several bites later discovering another small bone. Where'd the quality go Chipotle? I'd have been fired 10 times over for this when I worked at Chipotle back in the day.

This used to be my best location, for years but recently something seems to have happened. My rice was hard, my chicken was hard on the outside and had to throw several pieces out. Chipotle overall is a very good restaurant we'll just make sure I go to the other locations

This place is a joke. The owner should be ashamed of his/her employees. Place was trashed. As soon as you walked in the smell of overflowing trash and liquid leaking from the trash hit ya!Busy? Eh... they had plenty of employees to handle what was happening. The assemblers mumbled, and you couldn't understand what they were saying/asking, which left me thinking im the problem? Nah... not the case. They don't know how to FIFO either. Lady just dumped a new bucket of chicken on top of the old one. Does she know it's easier and quicker to drop the new bucket in and dump the older stuff on top, not to even mention the PROPER way it is to be done? Did she finish her food safety on hire? To top the cherrie, the employee straight old us we couldn't order chips and queso. ONLY through the app? What kind of nonsense is that? If you don't want people ordering chips and queso in store, then remove it from the menu? This was just a lazy employee who didn't feel like dropping some chips. This has to be the most embarrassing fast found joint I've ever been to. And it's in KIRKWOOD of all places. Think it would be nice, but it was TERRIBLE!

Worst service I have ever had at a Chipotle. They over charged me and still forgot to give me items. The server's ability to roll a burrito was atrocious. I guess she was sick on burrito rolling day during training... I am deeply disappointed in the staff, the training of the staff and the experience overall. I guess I will just have to start going to Qdoba....

Wish I could give zero Stars. Save your receipt they won't even talk to you without a receipt. We asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't even come out and speak to us. Chicken was bad.

Waiting in line we noticed one of the servers was wiping his face with his glove on and then proceeded to take that same hand and add cheese to a bowl. We walked out. Won’t go back.
Came in around 8:10pm to eat with a couple of friends. I always get pico and guac on my chicken bowl but the lady making my food said there was no pico or guac. Offered no apology but then I see pico and guac in the other prep area off to the side and she proceeds to tell me that it's only for online orders. I think that is the most horrible way to retain customers. When you prefer to upset in store customers before online customers. I just don't understand that. I'll get Qdoba now as I refused to complete my order.

Tried to come back again... nothing has changed. Its an hour before close. Nobody's waiting in line. Me and another person walk in. Lazy girl tells us to go order online they are short staffed.Yet they don't have anyone in line...Guess they like people going elsewhere cause I don't go online to order for nobody. KMA.
