People always post the negatives so I decided to post my experience at the Kirkwood location. I read the reviews before going since this was my first time going to a Dunkin! As I walked inside, I was greatly with a good morning. I was quickly waited on and my order taken, even though the drive thru was packed. There were 3 employees at this time, 8:30 am. I’ve been going here since the revamp and the staff is great. Not sure if he’s the morning manager but there’s a gentleman there that’s always super friendly and on it. The whole staff is great!!!
