Waited 35 minutes for my to go order. Watched as an employee followed no directions from his superior, barely moved in that time, spilled items on the ground, and was given no further directions while multiple other people were served. Even after waiting 35 minutes for now cold sandwiches, the order was wrong and my children didn't get their drinks.

We stopped for lunch while traveling through town. The place was very clean with nice bathrooms. We ordered a Market Fresh sandwich and two roast beef sandwiches, but after 10 minutes we still hadn't been served, even though others who came after us had. When we got our meal, the roast beef sandwiches looked like they had been squeezed and the Market Fresh sandwich was sloppily assembled. Everything tasted fine, but the experience should have been better.

Food was nasty. My sandwich had been put in microwave n bun was wrinkled n hard with cheese melted hard n chewy. Curly fries tasted like they had been fried in old nasty grease. Just overall figured out why we don't eat there anymore.

Had to wait 12 minutes for my order, when there was nobody else in line.Upon receiving my order the fries were stale and barely warm and the sandwich was cold !! Manager on duty Wasn't very pleasant at all when told about my order.

Got the French Dip. Sandwich had obviously been microwaved. Hoagie was soggy, chewy and hard to chew. Terrible quality. Only reason I didn’t take it back is I was already miles away before I was able to eat. Customer service was great. Annabelle was friendly and courteous.

Screwed up my order, put that watered down cheese on my roast beef sandwich, but didn't notice until I got back to the motel, ate it anyway, but my milkshake was great so it killed the flavor of that water down cheese.
