The lady at the drive through when we stopped here around 4pm today, 4/4/24, was so nice, welcoming and friendly. The food was hot and fresh.

I got the spicy fish and it was sooo good. My food was so fresh is melted the box which I was impressed. I've been to a different Captain D before and was disappointed but decided to give it another shot and this one did its job. My daughter loved her hush puppies and butterfly shrimp. Place was clean and calm. I would highly recommend!

Ehh soggy food..Reply. There was a long wait in the drive through. I ordered 20 piece shrimp.Shrimp were cold and soggy. I ordered the green beans and they were hot soggy. I ordered the okra again cold and soggy.The hush puppies were pretty good.

I told them to put 4 pce in separate bag than the 2 3 pcs.. going to diff driver. He handed me all 3 in 1 bag and I politely said I need the 4 piece in a separate bag he took the bag back in when thru them and put what I thought would be the 4 piece in a separate bag like I asked from the beginning .... nope. The car with 2 people only got a,3 piece and when I got home I had a 4 piece. Come on people its counting to 4.. and to top it off he opened each one when I told him 4 piece in separate bag please .I tried to call but phone is off the hook so looks like I will swing in tomorrow a visit with them

The chicken was disgusting and disappointing the food overall was gross the service was a 2 the plates broke so easily. The wall paper was coming off I would not
We order supreme sampler meal 2 times within 2 weeks apart, and each time it was wrong and each time they chose to say they would fix it, and each time when I came in they argued and told me they wouldn't replace the meal! Horrible service, and I won't return to this place!
