On 10/7 I went inside to order, It was around 6PM. The young lady who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I unfortunately cannot say the same about your cooks.. As I was standing in your front lobby I seen they made SEVERAL orders, Drive-Thru and front counter. They NEVER were wearing GLOVES!! That is extremely nasty! I eat here at least 3 times a week. And I always go thru the Drive-Thru I am sure glad i went in this time. Will not return unless I can see food being made. Extremely sad.. Hope this gets fixed..

Staff in a hurry to go home closed sections n we were a large crowd. Told people not to take chairs down n wouldn't clean tables.
Went thru the drive thru. The staff was nice and fast on the order. The chicken tasted old or the cooking oil needs to be changed.

Drive-thru wait times were fairly minimal given the time of day. We ordered three meals with a small blizzard each, and the food came out hot and fresh, and the blizzards were still nice and cold. The order taker, cashier, and window helper were all polite and professional. Nothing fancy, but it was a pleasant experience, everything was correct, and it all tasted good.
