Went with my Bf and He ordered the Sirloin steak with broccoli and mashed taters...he ordered it medium...it came the first time very RARE..sent it back...came back better..the mashed taters were cold...he didn't eat any. The steak was so full of gristle that he couldn't even cut the meat away from all the gristle. He had no chance of eating it..all the tendon was still in middle of steak.Was disappointed. My strawberry salad was good.Service was wonderful.Food NOT SO MUCH.Won't be going back.It's sad..because Applebee's used to be a great place to go..now it's all gone downhill.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible

We arrived. We were told we would have a 10-minute wait even though the restaurant was almost empty. We said we would wait. A few minutes later, we were told that we would not be able to be seated for dinner. We left with no food, no atmosphere, no service, and no reason. Probably, one of the worst dining experiences I have had.

Waited 5-10 minutes at the front door with several different servers looking at us waiting at the front but ignoring us. Our server did her job by taking our order and delivering our food nothing more. When it came time to pay she grabbed the cash and i said no change and walked away no thank you or have a good night. The food tasted okay just cold. The one good thing our server did was tell us our meals we ordered were apart of their 2 for 25 promotion Going on. Their bar drinks tasted great and were only $5

It's ridiculous. We usually really enjoy Applebee's but the $24.00 rib meal was a mere 4 lousy finger sized bones. We waited 2 weeks to think it over. We were also charged for $1.00 for BBQ sauce to put on the dry meat.

I enjoyed a meal with 2 very good friends. Our waiter, Graham was very nice and friendly and pleasant. He took very good care of us. If/when I go there again, I would like to have him be my server.

Walked in on a Friday evening, not busy, around 6pm. No hostess appeared to be on duty. Stood there and no one greeted us or said anything. Finally got tired of being ignored. I would have understood if they were slammed, but they weren't.

A few weeks ago, I picked up my take out order of baby back ribs from the Applebee's lees summit location on Douglas. Once I got home I was horrified that by baby backs were hard, dried out and totally inedible. I called and spoke to the night manager, Johnathan. He went above and beyond to rectify this issue.Thanks Johnathan ??
