A few weeks ago, I picked up my take out order of baby back ribs from the Applebee's lees summit location on Douglas. Once I got home I was horrified that by baby backs were hard, dried out and totally inedible. I called and spoke to the night manager, Johnathan. He went above and beyond to rectify this issue.Thanks Johnathan ??
Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere, promptly greeted & waited on. Waitress was very pleasant. Our drinks, appetizers, dinner was served in a prompt manner. We totally enjoyed our experience.
