Sign says open 24 hours, pulled in drive through and no one answered. Pulled up to window and lady rudely said they were closed and used slashing motion with her hand at her neck. Will never try and go there again.

Can't even put a sign saying that your closed? No notice at all? What's the point of being open if you can't at least let the public know. Especially dashers, hard to explain the store closed when there no signs. Customers aren't the only ones affected by this

Your banner says "Open 24 hours!" but I get turned away at the drive thru at 8:20pm, being greeted by the intercom "Sorry Door Dash, or app orders only". Even if I had an online order number, they never attempted to asked for it! I have tried to patronize this location 3 times in 2 months, and have only been able to order food ONCE. This is absurd. The 5 other fast food restaurants within a mile of this location are able to be staffed correctly. Y'all need to clean house

Why would your light be on indicating you are open “24 hours” when I pull up In the drive through and you say “we’re closed” also if you are closed maybe the hours of operation should be listed as such.

I live 3 hours away and came at 10:30pm hoping to get some tacos since we have no jack in the box in Nebraska. I incorrectly trusted the website stating they are open 24 hours and was rejected after waiting in like for about 4 minutes. Lady wasn’t rude but also wasn’t very apologetic. Learned my mistake and I will never trust what companies state as their store hours.

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:45. There are two other vehicles waiting in the drive through so i have reasonable belief they were open. Should of checked the other reviews instead. Waste of time going there. Change your reported hours if your not actually open
I placed a mobile order on 2/24/24 and the store was closed when I arrived at 10:45 am. I paid in advance, so I immediately reported this in the survey I was asked to complete via email. After waiting for some kind of response for a few weeks, I put in another complaint online 6 days ago. I still haven't received a refund or any contact from anyone with Jack in the Box. The service at this location is usually pretty bad, but you can't just accept people's money while the store isn't even open.

Hey please train your employees on how to answer the work phone when customers are calling, being that this location is open 24 hours and also being a previous employee at another location im 100% sure theres no reason anyone cant answer at least 1 out of the 12 times i called

Food order is cold or incorrect the last 4 times at this location or they are not open even though they are suppose to be 24 hours. Here it is 4 pm on a Sunday and they can't take an order in the drive threw so said the person at the window. This is a reoccurring problem at this location. Seems to me that it should be closed down and something should be here in its place.

Lobby was closed (it was 5pm) I’ve come here before and half the menu was unavailable. When I did try the drive thru and peeped inside it was just a young dude and his boys chillin inside worse Jack I’ve ever seen

Went there Saturday night 2/17/24 at 8:45pm. I went to the drive thru and was told to wait and I did. Then the guy came on the com and said we are only serving mobile orders. I said ok but the store is open so do I need to pull in the parking lot and place a mobile order? He said "man your a$$ don't listen". I said oh wow that is how we talk to people now ok. I backed into the parking lot got out and took pictures of the worker in the drive thru and called Corp which was closed so I left a review. Cars were backing out yelling upset while the worker was laughing through the intercom. I called the location yesterday at 3pm and let it ring 20 times and nobody answered. I then left a yelp review. Today I called again around 320pm and same thing nobody answered. I left the employee's picture on my yelp review. I will not let this go as long as that employee still works there and represents your company that way.
