The Goat has a variety of beer styles and I had fun trying some that I would not ordinarily drink. No judgement nor criticism on those since they are not my normal styles. I ended the sampling and had a Bribery American Brown Ale which wen down very easy...Their beers are named for the history behind their name and if you're in the area, go, indulge and find out about their history.
Beer was good and bartender was attentive. I got the Oktoberfest marzen and it was so good! Decorated really nicely, with lots of options for seating. Edit: dropping a star for being ignored by bar staff for long periods of time. Plus, their toilet in the women's restroom was gross. But they had free tampons... so bathroom is 7/10.

Eat before you come, the food is not good but they don't have a kitchen so it makes sense. The beer/drinks are amazing. I had the caramel cinnamon cider and I wish so badly that they canned them. My mom loved the stouts. It was cool to see that for some beers it's poured directly out of their huge kegs(?). Service was mixed, one guy was amazing and great to talk to; the other guy was a little bit rude in my opinion. Might be the best beer in Lees Summit.
