understaffed, unprofessional and unorganized. the so called “manager” Devon is a total waste of human life. very disrespectful and inconsiderate. also has horrible body odor, he shouldn’t be in a food establishment
Hit or miss service. Fine if you like Jimmy John's, just make sure you go in and explicitly explain what you want. More than once I've gotten ingredients on sandwiches that aren't listed as part of that sandwich on the menu or app.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is always understaffed and like others have mentioned below I have been turned away because they can’t get bread made fast enough to keep up.Never order delivery, it’s anything but fast and last time they couldn’t even tell me when it would be delivered.
