We arrived at 7:45 and were told 15 minutes and seated at 8:15. At 9:05 we hadn’t received any food (soup or salad) with no sign of the habachi cooks. We decided to leave. Bummer. Thankfully Tokyo Grill is open until 9:30. We probably won’t be back.

I wish I could give you no stars. We walked in 7 minutes after you had opened on a Saturday. There was only one group of people there. The entire staff stared at us, a few walked right by us, finally someone sat us. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. Another 5 minutes before anyone came to get our food order. After over 30 minutes, no one had come back to our table. We noticed the other group of people had only been brought their soup. No salad. We got up and walked out. We went to Siki's, where we have gone many times, but wanted to give you guys a try. In just under one hour, we had been seated, brought drinks, brought soup and salad, had our meal prepared, ate and left. We will never visit your restaurant again or recommend it to anyone. 0/10 would not recommend.

Disappointing experience. We were there for a birthday celebration. Upon entry, not sure where we were supposed to go. Were finally 'greeted' by someone yelling from the bar 'how many?'. Seated after several more minutes (enough time that we were already discussing going elsewhere). The carpet under my chair was squishy, like wet, and was sticky! Portions were good and the food was okay but no atmosphere and very little 'presentation' for a hibachi grill. Was half way done with our meal before they finally 'found' the dishes for the sauces, and even then, I had to remind them we were still waiting. Was told the mens bathroom floor felt greasy and slippery, not an option for my dad who uses a walker. Staff were slow and didn't portray a very friendly demeanor.

We had the spicy crab salad, calamari tempura, crab Rangoon’s and a different array of sushi. (The lees summit roll was our favorite.) It was delicious. Our server was funny and personable. I definitely recommend!

Food was good but as others have mentioned the staff is slow to do things like get drinks and forget some peoples drinks completely after ordering. The dining area isn't terrible but very meh and while we were waiting for them to get started with food we literally watched 10+ ants walking around the cooking surface. Don't know if I can go back or recommend this place until they have the ant problem solved...

So I had a craving for sushi today and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was so fresh and delicious, very impressed. The waiter even brought me some club soda to get some soy sauce off of my shirt!!

Waited 40+ minutes with no update on when we would be seated and left. The ventilation system needs work cause it reeked of smoke. No real host and had to figure out who to speak to to get on a list.

Very awesome place. They do the onion volcano, toss shrimp at you, and the staff are very friendly. Food is DEFINITELY worth the price and you always have enough to take home for the next day.

We've been going to Mr Sushi for years. The difference between dining in and carrying out is they always get something wrong when you place an order for pickup. Food is good and it appears they re-decorated. Their spicy crab salad is what keeps me going back. They're one of the only places that have hollandaise (yellow) sauce.

Went for dinner around 5:30 on Monday night (2/5) for our 6 year anniversary with our 2 children (4 and 1.5) on the hibachi side. Highly regret it as I spent most of the time asking for things we needed. First, had to ask for forks for salad. Then, we got sushi as an appetizer. Didn’t come with chopsticks and there was no one around to ask for them. So I used my fork. I also emptied out my own soup bowl so I’d have something to put soy sauce in. Again, no one around to ask. My husband ordered a beer and we had to ask for it 10 minutes later. The cook started dishing out the food, meanwhile our server is no where to be found or too busy with other tables. Had to stop someone and ask where my son’s kids meal was because the poor child was the only one without food. Had to stop someone and ask for water refills. Also had to stop someone and ask for more ketchup for my kids. And our empty salad bowls, soups bowls, and sushi plate were NEVER cleared. We were already crammed because they crammed us into a 3 person spot just because we had a child in a highchair. So we were struggling for room the entire time. It’s almost like we didn’t have a server and were just bothering people the whole time. I don’t get it. Oh, people magically appeared when it was time to pay. Not too impressed with the food either. Environment was nothing to write home about. Kind of just felt like we were in someone’s old basement. I would only go again if someone paid me a lot of money.
