I wish I would have gotten the girl at the drive-thru's name today I was a little flustered and I'm not the best at doing online ordering. I used my gift card I had but I had noticed for some reason probably through operator error of my own. The 20% off didn't come off I had used the online ordering so I asked her if I could get the 20% off. She said yes. Never once told me that it was because it was my fault. Never made me feel stupid over it. Her and her manager were so polite. I just want to say a big thank you. It's people like you who make me want to come back. Thanks for making me. Have a good day.

First we ordered bacon avocado melt but substitute chicken for bacon. Clerk put turkey avocado and charged extra $3 for chicken ! It came to our table as shredded chicken... and there wasn't much on it at all... we expected a grilled breast of chicken! They tried to fix it and we decided to get the turkey and get the $3 as a refund. The new sandwich was almost the exact same but with bacon and OLD WILTED LETTUCE ?. We complained just to have them look more closely at the food they are serving. The assistant manager was not very sympathetic either. Quality of staff here is not good, we did not have a good experience! ?

The food and service here are fine and the added drive through is nice but for dine in we’ll either skip Panera outright or maybe go to the Panera on the other side of town. The inside is noisy, bright and sterile. In other words, they don’t want you dining in and getting comfortable.

I love that the new location has a drive through. I got the Napa Chicken Salad on bread. Seemed like it was more of an arugula sandwich (both times I got it). Too little chicken salad.

Staff is friendly, and food is consistently good, though in my opinion it’s pretty expensive for what you get. This Panera was my favorite, however after moving locations, the interior became very dull.

Order was a disappointment, asked for plain Tuna and it had all dressings including onion!!Time before I ordered Greek Salad, it had less than half bowl of salad!!I won’t go back. location was Douglas Rd in Lees Summit Mo. terrible Drive thru! I wouldn’t recommend them.
My favorite is cream of tomato with a grilled cheese sandwich. They moved across the street. There is now a drive-thru. My favorite sandwich is the turkey bravo.Dietary restrictions: They make good food.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are easy, and easy to get in. No problem.
