The Fillmore Café is a hidden gem in the Lee's Summit area. A beautiful atmosphere, great coffee and cocktails, and kind and friendly baristas make it my favorite coffee shop. It's the perfect place to grab coffee and a snack with friends or business contacts. Not to mention, they feature local artists on their walls, and host live musicians on Thursday evenings. The Fillmore Café is a wonderful local coffee shop, and their breakfast options are delicious. This space has been tastefully remodeled and is a great location to meet for business or with family and friends. They also have cocktails later in the day, and the location is a convenient middle ground between Eastern Jackson County and the state line/ Overland Park areas. I highly recommend The Fillmore Café.
