Bought 2 dozen donuts at 445-5am everyone was stale because they were the hold overs from the previous projections being incorrect on the bake. Don't waste your money, very disappointed. Not one was fresh.

Tried ordering from there a couple times. somehow it's always messed up. once I ordered and got the completely wrong sandwich, once I got a Sandwich and the egg was basically still frozen cold. Ordered a Boston cream, no cream, just to pocket for it but still none. I tried to call them after to get my money back, no one picked up every time. I've given up ordering here because somehow it's always wrong.

This location seems to always be short staffed. We waited in the drive thru for about 5 mins before we decided to go inside. Took about another 10 minutes to get a bag of stale donuts and an iced coffee. The staff was doing the best they could I suppose. They are not very friendly and the whole place just seems dark and

My mother in law absolutely loves Dunkin. She is currently on hospice and she was craving a cookie butter cold brew and a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The egg and the sausage were rock hard as they were still frozen and the cookie butter cold brew had normal cold foam and it did not have the cookie butter topping. I am never going back. This place needs to be checked out or shut down!

Had to update. I still like it okay overall, but it seems like they've maybe hired a couple of people who are just unbearably slow and don't know how to keep the line moving. I've watched many people leave the line when certain people are working because they just don't have time to sit there waiting forever. Morning coffee run can't be slow. It just can't.***I go here way more than I should. Most all of the staff are very cheerful. If you go more than you should like I do, they'll start making small talk with you at the pick up window. (I like this, so to me it's a plus.)

I went through the drive throw and they didn't have a full menu outside but they did tell me all they had so that was
Way better since they fired the old manager. If someone walks in though you take their order, not tell them to use the touch screen kiosk and that you'll get to them later. This is a business that runs out of over half of their items through out the day, and when you don't update your menu to reflect that you look like an idiot.

If i could rate a 0/5 I would, but it forced me to give it a 1/5.If you want to go to a place of business and receive little to no customer service, this is your place. After you place your order on a computer, you'll wait a solid 10-12 minutes; and then when your order comes out, the order# won't be called out.... so there's many people standing around wondering where their order is. Terrible operation all the way around. No adult manager in the presence of 3 teenagers trying to run the place. Ridiculous. Good luck.

I did a mobile order and the order was not correct. When I asked them to fix it they said they couldn't. Why??? Because they had already handed it to me. I would say it was more the staff than the business.

They literally don’t know how to press a button and make crispy bacon. They’re very arrogant lol. I never thought I’d make a review about bacon but like damn don’t be rude to me over it lol. Considering I used to work at a Dunkin’. I think I know how those ovens work lol!! Horrible experience overall. Waited 8min for a latte and watched them make the drinks for the car behind me!
