Had to update. I still like it okay overall, but it seems like they've maybe hired a couple of people who are just unbearably slow and don't know how to keep the line moving. I've watched many people leave the line when certain people are working because they just don't have time to sit there waiting forever. Morning coffee run can't be slow. Way better since they fired the old manager. If someone walks in though you take their order, not tell them to use the touch screen kiosk and that you'll get to them later. This is a business that runs out of over half of their items through out the day, and when you don't update your menu to reflect that you look like an idiot.

I go here about once a week. The food is always great and the staff always friendly. They do seem short staffed, just like every single place around, and things do take longer to get done, but that is not their fault.
