The counter staff were friendly and funny. Our food was made quickly and was good. We had the Turkey Tom “unwich”. We like this as it is lighter then having the bread, although I do like the bread!

They have no drive through. You have to go there and walk in and pick up in a tiny crowded parking lot full customers at other restaurants (if you can find a spot). No one wants to deal with that. And they do not deliver even 2 miles away. Why does this location exist? In 4 states this is the worst JJs I've seen.

I had an interaction with one of your cashiers, whose behavior was concerning. The cashier, whose name I did not catch, appeared to be on her phone the entire time while attending to customers, including myself. This behavior left me feeling unattended to and undervalued as a customer.I believe that the use of mobile devices during work hours can be distracting and unprofessional, especially when it results in a lack of attention to customers. As a loyal customer of your store, I was disappointed by this experience and wanted to bring it to your attention.

Didn't get any of the sauces I asked for. Had an issue paying through the app had to call the store and they still didn't get the order right. Paid extra for the lock-in ranch that wasn't even in the bag.

Sandwiches are good but check your employees. There's friendly, helpful, and quick people behind the counter but there was one on her phone and walked away when she looked up and saw me ready to order.
