They have no drive through. You have to go there and walk in and pick up in a tiny crowded parking lot full customers at other restaurants (if you can find a spot). No one wants to deal with that. And they do not deliver even 2 miles away. Why does this location exist? In 4 states this is the worst JJs I've seen.

Great food and service with a good location only wish they had a drive-thru like other locations.Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop, and it's straightforward to order vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Easy to customize order to fit within your dietary needs.Parking: Depending on the time of day, parking can become a challenge due to the lot being shared with multiple other businesses.

I had an interaction with one of your cashiers, whose behavior was concerning. The cashier, whose name I did not catch, appeared to be on her phone the entire time while attending to customers, including myself.
