A friend invited us to his birthday at this restaurant and since we had not been here since it reopened we were anxious to go. It was just as we remembered. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. What more could you ask for but a excellently cooked burger, homemade chips and a cold beer.
1st time visit since it's renovation from what was Cousin Hugo's. Even though they don't serve up the fried green beans like before, the fried pickles are good. There are a couple of dining rooms besides the bar area, and if you go a few times you'll make friends with some of the locals. The food here is exactly what you want at a Bar & Grill. Nothing fancy or expensive, just good and solid. They stay open late which we love. Also have great chili.We go here probably once or twice a week and will likely continue to do so as long as we live in the area and the place is open.
