“We came in from Kansas City for fishing, we left still talking about the BBQ we had in crane. In my opinion, Five Oaks is better than even my favorite bbq spots ( Oklahoma Joe's, Slap's, and Q39) I highly recommend you try this spot. The brisket blew us away!”

“The food was good. It's similar to many Mexican restaurants in the Midwest. They have a good variety of selections without being overdone. We had a large group and the poor waitress did a great job getting food out to us while it was still hot. I ordered a side of guacamole and it was obviously fresh and tasted great. Also had a mini chicken chimichanga which was a perfect size for me. Refried beans and rice were average. Chips and salsa served with your drinks while you wait for dinner.I would go again.”

“I heard good things about this restaurant from a local and decided to check it out Tuesday night. Really enjoyed the Mac and cheese bites as well as the Jack Daniel’s burger. The waffle fries were perfectly crispy! I was super impressed with the attentiveness of the waiters the entire time I was there too. Very friendly and quick service. “Our breakfasts were as nearly perfect as it's possible to be! My husband had the Country Benedict (eggs and sausage on a biscuit, topped with gravy) with a side of hash browns and he couldn't bear to leave a single bite behind. My over-easy eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes were all yummy as well. The hash browns could have been a touch browner and crispier but they were done, so that's pretty minor. Delicious coffee and great service too.”
