Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is because I had one bad experience out of many. My filets were not good quality meat. Tasted like it had gone bad or froze and thawed out multiple times. Im happy with the product 90% of the time and thats the best you'll find in town.
Always highest quality. Their filets are excellent. They have perfected the barbecue sandwich, always having high quality meats rather than cheaper cuts. Prices are reasonable. James and his crew are excellent and professional.

Baby Back RibsI stopped in the other day and took a slab home. We simply heated them in the oven and in 30-45 minute they were fall off the bone tender. Served it with a baked sweet potato. Great dinner.Thanks
