I don't understand the point of these reviews when the owner tells me I have to contact franchise owner. If the owner of this location that has control of this location and is already there then why don't you handle the problem? I don't understand? Seems like a brush off to me.
My car hop did his best trying to learn a spilt order and how to give a receipt separately for each. I only ordered 2 drinks and yes it took longer than it should but the guy did his best
