My egg bites I received were cold and the 2 girls that were working when me and my friend got there were very rude to us. they complained we were there and the card we were using was not working so we were figuring out how to pay the $2 left over and they were very impatient and ungrateful we were there. Horrible service.

First off worst starbucks i have ever been to, the lady taking my order was rude and had no good customer service. When i ordered they never let me know that they ran out of berries and procceeded to tell me AFTER i confronted them about my ruined drink. Ruined my entire mood i never had my order this messed up also, they called my drink out and i didnt even walk up to it bc they called out a whole different drink that i ordered. Ive been ordering this mango dragon fruit lemonade blended ever since i was like 13 so like 3 years, and i received a strawberry freeze with strawberry purree at the bottom. I asked ice blended and and it barley was blended it was SO watered down, after i confronted them all they told me was “we ran out of berries so thats why it looks like that” last time i checked mango dragonfuit lemonades DONT have strawberry puree or freeze dried strawberries… im really disappointed on how they confronted the situation, not offering a refund or atleast fixing my drink. Worst starbucks experience hands down.

Food and coffee is always good. However it's a dart throw for the service. Some are very cordial and decent while others are just always discontent which makes enjoying what's been made even harder.

Terrible customer service. Two young high school girls tonight who made both of my drinks wrong all due to the girl at the register not paying any attention to me while I was trying to place my order. I could tell she wasn't paying attention and then when she didn't put Pumpkin cream cold foam on my drink she looked at me and said "you didn't ask for that." Terrible customer service and I had to suffer the consequences of paying for two wrong drinks because she wasn't doing her job. I understand mess ups and accidents but this was all about her being upset I came in 35 minutes before closing time so she wanted to be mad and give attitude instead of taking my drink order accurately. I wasn't upset until I got home and took a drink of my coffee to realize both drinks were wrong. I use to work at that Starbucks so I know the expectations and that is not it.

I’ve had 3 strokes and went to get a drink And this was only my second time getting Starbucks. I did not know that I had to scan my phone at a certain time and as I asked about scanning my phone ( for a rewards program with Delta) she told me it was too late so I told her I didn’t know that and she did everything too fast for me to understand . Then she said that she would do it and I told her thank you three or four times. As I went in to my account this morning, I found out that she did not do it as I did not have the airline miles from Delta. Very very disappointed with how they treated me, and that she lied to me. I will not be back. This is not a good way to treat somebody with acognitive disability. I was going to end up getting 1000 airline miles for two trips to the Starbucks and she took 1000 of those miles away from me by not explaining to me, how it works with scanning your phone, and I am very very upset that she lied to my face. Very poor service as I try not to show people my disability and just want to be treated fairly and with dignity.

I ordered my regular and I was charge 10 dollars and some change. Normally it’s $4.36, the old lady was taking orders at the time and you think she would know. I didn’t say anything as to not make a scene so I paid the 10 dollar drink and went on my merry way. You ask if I will come back to this place um that’s a negative mam. Hard pass

Went in to get a venti mocha with an extra shot and left with nothing. Shopped for 30-40 minutes after ordering and came back but the drink still hadn't been made. I had other errands to take care of and didn't have time to wait any longer. Don't know if they're prioritizing mobile orders or what's going on, but there weren't enough people before me for my drink not to be made in that amount of time. The previous time I went in my drink wasn't made correctly either. Last time I visit this shop for sure, don't enjoy having my time and money wasted.

Espresso machine is always broken. Down more times than up and operating. Also they don’t keep stock of alternatives like cold brew. This happens multiple times a month for a week or more at a time. Frustrating.
