Lambert's Cafe RV Park

Sites are a bit too close. Called in June, 5 months in advance, and asked to make a reservation and was told I had one. When we arrived, we got the last spot. By 2pm all spots full. Found out this park is first come, first serve. You pay at a parking kiosk after you find your site. In full sun the kiosk is hard to see so it was a bit confusing. Great for overnight or for extended stay while exploring the area. It's a large limestone parking lot with ample place for big rigs with no need to unhook the towed for an overnight stay!! We pulled in and parked, did not need to call for electric or water. There is a kiosk for paying cash or card, but we could not see the screen in the bright sun!! Update July 2023 - our 2nd visit here. Everything basically the same, but rates did increase. Still reasonable. This trip we plan to stay a month $750. The expressway is excellent and off/on ramps good &wide. Centrally located easy to get to Springfield and Branson. Lots of green grass to walk dogs just a short walk away.
