I've been to Thaiger many times over the years and have always recommended it to others but was really disappointed this visit. Got the pho today since it was kind of cold out (I've had it at least 2 times in the past) and it was basically inedible. The meat was so tough I had to spit it out and eat spicier than it's been in the past. Ended up throwing it out without finishing.

Pho was great! The guy said it was a 7 out of 10 on heat, the man child agrees!! The egg rolls were great with an amazing sauce. Had to get extra sauce!!

My brother and I were exploring a few weekends ago and we found ourselves in North Kansas City in an area called The Iron District. Neither of us had ever heard of it, so we parked and trekked in to find a collection of small businesses in a sort of co-op. I'll review the Iron District another time, but as we walked around we chose to grab lunch from Thaiger KC. The menu was pretty limited, but when you're a small business with limited space it makes sense to curate the options you offer. We ordered the short ribs, the pork belly, and an order of eggrolls. They took my number and texted when the order was ready. The food itself was really good, but the thing I remember most vividly was the Thaiger Sauce. It was a DELICIOUS combination of sweet and heat... Not to thick or too thin... A perfect complement to the meal. The Iron District deserves your attention, even if only once, to see the creative setup of shipping container businesses, but while you're there, make time to grab a bite from Thaiger KC. You'll be glad you did.

Thaiger KC has always been on my list to visit whenever I go to Iron District. Yelp had an event for elites to check out Thaiger during AAPI month.We got a cute bento box courtesy of Yelp and inside was the sampler. I was able to get a feel of what Thaiger is and their food was very flavorful and delicious. The staff when I went wasn't too fond or friendly. But I am guessing they probably had a bad day.Overall, I will definitely come back and visit an order a meal here!

From Indian food to drinks. This is a place to come over with friends and have fantastic food and drinksFood: Delicious. I spoke with the manager and told me that their influence is Pan-asian. You can tell immediately by trying their delicious spice sauce, cilantro. green onions.They also mentioned that they try to change up the menu frequently. This is a place you should try more than once. Please try the short rib If available. It was perfectly cooked. Make sure you pour some of their delicious spicy sauceService: Great.
