I've worked here for a year I stopped working here November 2023 Dearell the manager isn't good I've got complaints by former coworkers he treats his employees terribly doesn't care he used to talk over me he didn't listen to me at all made me cry on several occasions he didn't like me and he made it known I miss my coworkers but him not all I'm surprised Chad hasn't fired him to be honest I heard it's going downhill ever since I quit and he's still the manager I miss the customers some come see me at my current job ?

Ordered your fried pork chops, but were told ten minutes later, that your were out of pork chops. Then ordered the fried chicken , but when it came out to our table the chicken was cooked way too done. The French fries were also burnt. Not a good meal.

We went in there on Saturday morning for breakfast. There was almost nobody in there as far as guests. We thought we'd give it another shot and see if the service changed a little. Needless to say, it got a LOT worse. We were the only ones standing in line and still waited for someone to acknowledge us. When we were finally sat, we literally waited about 15 minutes before we said screw it and left. We were one of three tables when we first sat down and one of six or seven tables before we said screw it and left. We didn't get ANY service at all. Not even a glass of water. But the tables that were seated after us, got their drinks and orders in before we did. That's why we decided to leave.The killer was, there were maybe four waitresses lingering in the back, in the kitchen that would peak out every few minutes but decided not to serve us. Unreal.Anyways, we went to a different establishment and were treated pretty well while there.And yes, that was the last time I'll ever go to Cracker Barrel in O'fallon MO. Horrible service.P.SOH and when we were leaving, I was going to put in a professional and quiet complaint to the manager but when I went to the check out lady to ask to speak with the manager, I was told "wait, I'm in the middle of something" with a sarcastic laugh...I looked at my better half and said "Not even worth it...." And walked out.I wouldn't waste your time eating there until they get better service and a better manager who actually cares about service and respect.

Our waitress was very attentive and a sweet young lady.Dietary restrictions: My only complaint I am gluten free and there is only 2 dinners to select from.

Our waitress made our whole meal and experience truly enjoyable! She never forgot one item requested, her attentiveness is amazing. Best we have ever had! She cleared dishes and glasses, she brought refills without us asking. A great attitude of what can I do to make sure tonight is enjoyable for you all?!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, onion allergy, tomato allergy... Catered carefully to these all.

Server needed to be told to bring spoons with coffee! How can you stir your sweetner or cream without a spoon?
