Service is zero out of zero stars. The girl that took my order didn't speak English. They also don't know how to check gift card balances. The man running the restaurant I assume he was the manager... yelled and was cursing at the employees. Great example your setting. This store needs an overhaul or it will get closed

Front desk worker doesn't speak English.Manager yells and calls workers namesDrink station has smashed bugs hair everywhere I already reported this location to the health department. My mission it to get them shut down. Horrible staff ignores you effs up orders. I had a gift card took over 20 times scanning it cause manager didn't know how to check it. He's clearly a dumb dumb. Don't bother complaining to cooperation they don't care either. I now go to Penn Station.

Placed an online order with Uber Eats totaling $11 while on my lunch break. Went to pick up and they didn’t have my order they said. I provided 2 confirmations and receipts plus my bank statement showing I indeed placed an order. They said they’d go look again for the ticket. As I waited I called Uber eats who also confirmed yes my order was successfully placed and paid with no issues on their end. Kept waiting. Worker said they can’t help me until they speak with corporate which sounded insane to me considering I had all the proof and it was an $11 food order… waited even longer and ended up missing my entire lunch break. The employees lack customer service or basic service skills to be left running the show in my opinion. They should be able to handle certain situations without needing to call the managers over an $11 sandwich order… ended up waiting 1 whole hour and finally the employee says “I guess I’ll just take your word for it that you actually ordered the sandwiches” like insinuating I was there an hour to “steal” a sub sandwich or something? Like really? Even after I called Uber and showed 3 different confirmations of the order! Absolutely disrespectful and disappointing. Customer service goes a LONG WAY!

Posting one star because of the manager. Yelling at your employees in front of customers and a new hire doing paperwork is never good. I could not believe that he would act in such a way. I won’t be back and it is a shame nobody should run a business like this.

You'd think that a place that sells mediocre subs at an inflated price would have a more pleasant and attentive staff. Absolutely nothing special, way better options for better price and nicer staff.

Employee who took my order was extremely quite and hard to understand and she entered my order incorrectly. Drink station was filthy. Wait time to get my order was a little long but not too bad. Sandwich, meatball sub was definitely good but they still got the wrong bread type even after I pointed out the error when I placed my order.

Walked inside, looking forward to trying the thanksgiving sub. Waited at the order spot for 7 mins, waiting to order. Maybe the employees should take their AirPods out and do their jobs.

This is the worst service ever received anywhere. Ordered 3 sandwiches. Only one was correct. Every time I have been there the order is incorrect.

The staff does not speak fluent English and specific things about our sandwiches on Thursday 10/12/23 were wrong. They asked if we wanted the pickle on the side we both said yes, we didn't get pickles at all. The first sandwich had so much sauce that it was almost impossible to eat when we got to where we were going 20 minutes away. The second was the pepperoni meatball sub it tasted good but again, so much sauce the bread was soggy and falling apart. I've been to this location and have never felt so let down. The quality had fallen so far, I doubt I'll visit that location again, we live 5 minutes away and will drive to different locations
