Couldn't tell you about the food or service because there was none. I arrived at the drive through around 8 p.m., only car there, and appeared to be only person at the facility outside of an employee sitting at a table inside. I was told that they were only accepting Doordash orders. I asked," so, you won't take my order, but I could order it on doordash?" And the response was, "we are understaffed". Outside of the fact that I'm sure there's a price markup on Doordash, I couldn't understand how someone at a restaurant, that appears open by all accounts, couldn't get 2 tacos.Also, have to say I wrote this prior to looking at any other comments, but seems this same issue has been going on for over a year. The response from the company is that, "this is concerning", but nothing seems to be done. I'm concerned that someone's business is wildly failing, yet no one seems to care to make any changes.

This awful lady serving us at the window is high out of her mind. Her eyes were practically neon red. She didn't let us finish ordering at the speaker and rudely cut us off. She took 10 minutes to get our order done, IT WAS JUST 4 TACOS BRO!!! NO ONE IN FRONT OF US. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND I THINK SHE SHOULD BE BRUTALLY REPRIMANDED!

Ofallon Jack in the box is the worse!! It's ran by kids that don't care! You have to wait until the 1 car at the window leaves because they can't take more than 1 order and prepare it. And don't order breakfast in the afternoon, that's absolute NO they only make breakfast during breakfast hours. I ordered a pickup order through my ap. I received email to pick up, which I was already on my way to pickup with 3 of my grandchildren as we were at a hayride. I get there pull up it was 10:55 on a Saturday and there is no one there! I had to go to taco bell located right next door. I told the lady there she says "oh yay they are just a hit and miss place). Jack in the box had no problem charging my card which my credit card co had to put a fraud charge on my account to solve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Many time I’ve waited more than 45 minutes to an hour for a cheeseburger here. Do not go here under any circumstance ever. Also, the front door is 90% of the time locked. I know they have issues with staffing but automate things for sake. All in all, please avoid this place.

We need to place two separate orders at the drive through, as one party was paying cash and one was paying with card. The man refused to process two orders. He wanted us to place one and then drive through AGAIN and place the second order. How absolutely ridiculous!
