The restaurant was very dirty. I ordered the family meal ahead of time on the app. I showed up 20 minutes later when it said it would be ready. I waited another 25 minutes to get home and we were missing a side and 5 pieces of chicken. I went back up and it took another 10 minutes. I asked about buying a dessert and they didn’t have any of the desserts listed on the menu. On top of that I didn’t get any apologies for the extra trip and the very long wait times. Very poor service and the restaurant was empty.

So the whole purpose of the mobile order pickup is to save time, but yet you come here and the doors are locked. So I still have to sit through the drive thru, and since I has to wait my food got cold. Also no sign on door stating that so I got stuck behind extra cars

One of the better KFC around. This restaurant was clean which most restaurants in this chain usually are nasty. Staff was very friendly. Service does need some work but I have seen a lot worse. Food was hot and fresh. I was in at lunch time so I can't speak for the other shifts but keep up the good work.

If everything is hee hee and haha make sure you're not heard. Secondly, I received my food it tasted old and greasy and didn't taste like the original chicken which I asked for.

Messed our entire order up the first time. Gave us the wrong order. Then replaced it. But gave us the worst chicken I've ever had from KFC. Was supposed to be Extra Crispy Tenders meal. Instead got Extra Soggy on the bone. Can't say KFC as a whole is bad. But this particular location I would not recommend. I believe the manager who had them replace my meal was named Jared. Not sure what position he is in. But he really needs to address the problem. At 5his point I don't even want my meal replaced. I'd just like my $ back.
