“This was my first time visiting Dog Prairie Tavern. Let's just say I will definitely be going back in the near future. It's a hidden gem ?.They have indoor and outside seating, along with live music and sand volleyball. It's a welcoming establishment and pricing is reasonable.“
“The food is awesome and the people working there are amazing (Dekota and the person cooking). They make sure you have all you need when packing your order for delivery which was fast and well worth the fee if you can't make to Two Shamrocks Public House. Thanks for the care you take with my food. Deb F.“
“Tully's Taproom in O'Fallon stands out not only for its fantastic food, lively Wednesday music, and sports atmosphere, but also for its heartwarming and inclusive vibe, especially on its dog-friendly patio. The ambiance here is something I deeply enjoy. It's a place that feels like a second home, largely due to the amazing staff who treat every guest like a friend. Their warmth and friendliness contribute significantly to the welcoming environment, making each visit memorable. The patio, acclaimed as one of the best in the area, is my preferred spot for enjoying the surroundings and the company of my furry companion. It's an ideal setting for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy good times, backed by the exceptional hospitality of Jane, the owner, whose personal touch and genuine care for guests shine brightly. For those who cherish a fantastic atmosphere as much as great food and entertainment, and value interactions with staff who quickly become friends, Tully's Taproom is a must-visit destination. It's a place where every visit is more than just a meal or a drink—it's an experience to remember.“
“It was my first time being here and we went there for a Christmas party. They had an absolutely great buffet that they served for us for dinner. It has so many items to choose from that were there like some of my favorite wedding items such as mostaccioli mashed potatoes grilled chicken salmon and other great things to eat. The service is great too because I served myself haha.“
“The food was very good. I had a burger and fries and both were prepared perfectly. I ordered the burger cooked medium, and I was pleasantly surprised when showed up as ordered, and seasoned just right. This was our first visit there and will be back for sure.“
“Local pub with casual noatmosphere and friendly knowledgeable service. Great draft beer selection with reasonable prices. Excellent Happy Hour menu, available even on the weekends offering an outstanding pulled pork slider. Comfortable and family friendly with plenty of parking.“
“Food was good, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. Staff was really friendly. The borderline too loud music playing was some live recording that wasn't that great, but it was fine as background music. All in all, a good visit and would indeed recommend.“
“Good food and good drinks. The outdoor patio gives a ton of privacy and plenty of shade from the sun. Easy access and easy to get to; right off the interstate. It's a kid friendly bar and grill which is appreciated for those of us with kids.“
“Great little bar that opens early. Some friends and I have made it a tradition to meet here for drinks and breakfast as well as lunch. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. Best I can tell, most things are from scratch. You can never go wrong with their soups. Big fan of the TouchTunes and the morning / day crowd are all great folks. They do allow smoking. But like I said, it is a bar.“
“We had a rehearsal dinner and we couldn't have imagined any better service, food, drinks and fantastic time there. I am so grateful for everyone that made our very special evening so wonderful. A million thank you's aren't enough.Parking: Plenty of room to park.Kid-friendliness: Children's menu was outstanding.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door service“
“Walked in for an early dinner on a Friday. Place was about three quarters full. Might get a bit crowded during the usual rush, so be aware. Sign said seat yourself so we did. Only took a couple or three minutes before menus were delivered and drinks were ordered. Started off with a pretzel. It was huge and served right - fresh, hot and on a hanger. Delivered by one of the owners with a smile. Good pretzel, good sauces. I have a special weakness for deep fried food, so I had to try the deep fried Monte Cristo with the strawberry rhubarb compote. It did not disappoint. It seems to be a signature dish. Not sure where the inspiration for that came from, but it would not be out of place at the Texas State Fair (where they deep fry anything and everything). Decor is...neighborhood bar? They have a cash discount, so bring some. Not sure how I have overlooked this place until now.“
“The staff and service at Jim and Debs is always fantastic. Absolutely no complaints about them. What I came here to say is that the man running the karaoke on 1/28/24 was extremely rude. We came with a big group and we were excited to do karaoke, but the way he treated us was uncalled for and a buzzkill. I hope you will reconsider inviting him back.“
“This ia a great neighborhood bar. The prices are fair and the owner is in site most of the time. Most of the staff has been there for along time and has each respectivly built their clientele. Its a crowd that can be diverse once in a blue moon but primarily its a local folks. They do have a nice patio and a pool table.“
“Mar 15, 24, was my first time here, and I was meeting a friend on his excellent recommendations for drinks. I had nothing to eat, so I can't comment on food. It had a great atmosphere, super friendly, and fast service that made me want to return. Smoking was permitted but was restricted in certain areas. I'm glad for the latter bc I like an occasional cigar.Parking: On my visit there was a special birthday party that made parking a little difficult around the building but there was plenty of parking in adjacent parking lot.“
“Beer could have been a little bit colder but I wouldn't not hold them at fault they may have just done a restock. Everybody was friendly this is a great stop for a planned road trip down the river if you ever get the chance and you are local Google all of the small towns some of these have amazing sights and cool little places for a bite and a cold beer along the trip“
“Ok, so it's not the biggest bar and yes it does smell like smoke, that is because it is a smoking bar. Hard to find one of those in St. Chaz county. So if you dont like smoke then this is not for you. The location has 2 pool tables, however the one table closest to the entrance gets moved quite a bit not only because of the DJ/Karaoke but by patrons also who think they are the best pool players in the world. Anyways, beer is cheap and cold, shots are good and the staff dress kinda scantily, so there is that. The food is pretty good and cheap. Garlic parm wings are my fave, but make sure you always get them extra crispy so the wings dont absorb too much and get soggy. They have high tops only, a long bar, touchtunes, golden tee, and a cigg machine in there. This is not the ritz remember, it is a bar.“
“We go here every Friday evening. It has become our favorite place. The food is great. They have hands down the best hot wings in town. The staff is amazing and a lot of fun to hang out with. Todd, I will get that wing sauce recipe from you one of these days.“
